Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every paid course on electronicssimplified.in starts with free lessons, so you can try it before you buy.

Refunds

• If you're not happy with a course, email rolan33@electronicssimplified.in within 7 days of buying it, from the email on your account, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
• After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. For example, we'll refund you if a course was missing lessons we had promised.
• If you were charged twice, or charged but the course didn't unlock, we'll fix it or refund the extra payment straight away.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• When a course is refunded, it's locked again on your account.

Cancellations

Courses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing renews. You can delete your account at any time from My progress.

Delivery

Courses are digital. A course unlocks on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. Nothing is shipped.
